We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our PMO function, focusing on innovative R&D projects from cradle to grave. The ideal candidate will have a background in 'New Product Introduction' and experience working in a true Agile environment.

- Our client is a leading manufacturer with a globally recognized brand, known for their well-established product.
- They have a 'Tech in Wales first policy', ensuring all development is based in South Wales, including R&D, software development, and electronics engineering.
- The company is looking for a similar background, including liaising with stakeholders in a true Agile environment.
About the role:
- As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of full 'Go to Market' plans and strategic projects.
- You will work closely with the Product Director, supporting the firmware team, software team, and UX team, ensuring they are motivated and informed at all times.
- This is a senior role, requiring autonomy and the ability to hit the ground running.
About you:
- As an experienced Project Manager with a background in electronics, manufacturing, or a medical device/pharmaceutical product company, you will have a good understanding of working with different teams and communicating with technical and non-technical people.
- Communication is key in this role, so you will be well-versed in stakeholder management, planning, and project estimation techniques.
- Ideally, you will be based in the South Wales area, with regular face-time in the office required.
