Job Title: Nursing Associate Endoscopy

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Associate to join our team in Endoscopy. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, education, and support to our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide educational support to patients and staff to ensure high-quality care and outcomes.
  • Interpret test results and make recommendations to ensure accurate and timely care.
  • Act as a resource for staff in Endoscopy, providing expert tuition, support, and guidance.
  • Develop and implement educational programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care and communication.

Requirements:

  • NMC registration as a Nursing Associate.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Teaching and assessment qualification.
  • Experience in leadership or mentorship roles.
  • Knowledge of Endoscopy procedures and protocols.
