We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ESG Coordinator to join our Responsible Business team at St. James's Place. As an ESG Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our Responsible Business consultancy work within the SJP community, including our Partner Practices.
Key Responsibilities- Assist RB Consultancy teams in delivering the Responsible Business proposition.
- Support the RB team to deliver the SJP Financial Education scheme, collaborating with schools and colleagues to arrange volunteering days and training.
- Support the achievement of our RB goals and important metrics by delivering activities and contributing to the RB dashboard.
- Work with stakeholders across the business to ensure the effective delivery of activities against strategic objectives.
- Provide practical guidance and support on RB topics, including inclusion and diversity, volunteering, and sustainable working practices.
- Manage RB enquiries and directing them to the appropriate channels.
- Dynamic and enthusiastic individual with a good understanding of responsible business strategies and topics relevant to SJP.
- Interest in Responsible Business, Environmental, Corporate and Social Governance (ESG), Sustainability, and Community Impact.
- Experience in developing resources such as slide packs.
- Basic understanding of the commercial reason for RB and ESG frameworks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise and analyse information effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders.
- Outstanding time management, planning, and organisational skills.
- A collaborative approach to problem-solving and a strong sense of empathy and compassion.
- Non-Contributory Pension – 10% (increasing with length of service up to 15%) with further pension matching.
- Parental leave – 6 months full pay
- 28 days holiday entitlement plus bank holidays (based on full-time equivalent) with the option to buy up to an additional 5 days holiday
