Job Title: Aesthetic Field Service Engineer

At ASC Connections, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for installing, starting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting injection moulding machines, automation, and associated equipment at our customers' premises.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Installation and commissioning of equipment
  2. Start-up and customer support
  3. Maintenance of equipment at customers' premises
  4. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  5. Machine relocation and service administration tasks
  6. Safety and Quality activities
Requirements:
  1. Engineering qualification and training
  2. Recognised electrical qualification
  3. Working knowledge and understanding of plastic injection moulding machines and automation
  4. Proficiency in using notebooks and PCs with knowledge of MS products
  5. Excellent communication skills and flexibility
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Willingness to enrol in weekend availability, one weekend in four
