Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Field Service Engineer to visit customers, install, start-up, maintain, and troubleshoot on client's injection moulding machines, automation, and associated equipment. The ideal candidate will have an engineering qualification, recognised electrical qualification, and working knowledge of plastic injection moulding machines and automation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Equipment installation and commissioning
  • Start-up and customer support
  • Maintenance of equipment at customers' premises
  • Troubleshooting
  • Machine relocation
  • Service administration tasks
  • Safety and Quality activities
Requirements:
  • Engineering qualification and training
  • Recognised electrical qualification
  • Working knowledge and understanding of plastic injection moulding machines and automation
  • Good communication skills and flexibility
  • Ability to keep calm under pressure and show initiative
  • Willingness to enrol in weekend availability
