Role Overview: Service Improvement Lead
- Oversee Continuous Service Improvement initiatives for the AIR-ERP service.
- Maintain and enhance the AIR ERP service model along with its related process documentation.
- Coordinate and integrate support processes among various service providers.
- Deliver reporting and status updates to the management team as necessary.
- Assist in cost reduction efforts.
- Facilitate service reviews and ensure that approved service modifications are executed effectively.
Required Skills and Experience: Service Improvement Lead
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT Support Processes with a service-oriented background.
- Experience in Project Management.
- Strong background in Senior Stakeholder Management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with the ITIL service model.
