Role Overview: Service Improvement Lead

  • Oversee Continuous Service Improvement initiatives for the AIR-ERP service.
  • Maintain and enhance the AIR ERP service model along with its related process documentation.
  • Coordinate and integrate support processes among various service providers.
  • Deliver reporting and status updates to the management team as necessary.
  • Assist in cost reduction efforts.

Required Skills and Experience: Service Improvement Lead

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in IT Support Processes with a service-oriented background.
  • Experience in Project Management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the ITIL service model.
