About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Craft Trainer to join our team at Caterlink. As a Craft Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in driving standards in our Schools and working closely with our Operations team to ensure the quality of our food and development of innovative ideas.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of our team members
  • Work closely with our Operations team to ensure the quality of our food and development of innovative ideas
  • Coach and train our local on-site teams to drive standards and excellence
  • Support new business and retention in the area

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Craft Trainer or in a similar role
  • Excellent presentation and planning skills
  • Sound knowledge and awareness of the education sector
  • Full UK driving license and access to a car
  • Ability to cook
