About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Housekeeper to join our team at Anchor. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our residents' homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the location is clean, pleasant, and safe for customers.
  • Use cleaning products effectively, following instructions and health and safety procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Customer service NVQ2 or equivalent experience.
  • Previous cleaning experience and knowledge of cleaning procedures.
  • Ability to work safely and effectively with cleaning products.
  • Strong interpersonal and empathy skills.
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
