Key Responsibilities:- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of our care homes, including bedrooms, communal areas, and facilities.
- Ensure that all cleaning products are used effectively and safely, following health and safety procedures at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service to our residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and respectful manner.
- Work collaboratively with our care team to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care and support.
- Previous experience in a cleaning or care role, preferably in a residential setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, colleagues, and external partners.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures, including COSHH and data protection.
