Job Title: Senior Quantum Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantum Consultant to join our team at Maxim Recruitment. As a Senior Quantum Consultant, you will play a key role in carrying out claims and quantum analysis for our clients.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management, with experience of working closely with in-house and/or external legal teams to manage the adjudication process. You will be responsible for preparing, assessing, and interrogating construction costs, as well as demonstrating entitlements and preparing reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out claims and quantum analysis for clients
  • Work closely with in-house and/or external legal teams to manage the adjudication process
  • Prepare, assess, and interrogate construction costs
  • Demonstrate entitlements and prepare reports
  • Work with a variety of clients from client organisations to contractors and subcontractors, across all sectors of the construction industry
Requirements
  • Approximately 10+ years post-degree qualification experience
  • A successful career working as a Quantity Surveyor, Commercial Manager, or similar, for reputable employers
  • Civil, High-rise build, Cladding, and fit-out experience will be considered
  • Good knowledge of common contracts such as NEC and JCT
  • Able to demonstrate entitlements
  • Strong report writing skills are essential
