Wills Assistant Opportunity

Katie Bard, a reputable and award-winning law firm, is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Wills Assistant to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is a unique opportunity for someone with a solid background in Private Client to join a longstanding team and contribute to the administration of wills and estates.

The successful candidate will have prior experience working as a Wills Assistant within a law firm setting and will be responsible for taking will instructions, preparing and typing wills, and managing wills administration.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and typing wills, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Managing wills administration, including handling client communications and queries
  • Providing specialist advice to clients, working closely with them to understand their needs
  • Accurate time recording, managing financial accounts, and producing bills
  • Credit control and other ad hoc wills administration support

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and people skills, excellent IT skills, and a proven track record of working as part of a collaborative team.
