WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE / FLT DRIVER

LOCATION: Nottingham

POSITION TYPE: Temporary to Permanent

SHIFT: Day Shift

PAY: £12.00 per hour

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver for a prominent manufacturing organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for various tasks within the warehouse environment, ensuring products are efficiently prepared for dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Picking and packing items accurately
  • Loading and unloading shipments
  • Managing both incoming and outgoing goods
  • Conducting quality checks on products
  • Operating a long-wheel based delivery van
  • Utilizing a counterbalance forklift truck
  • Collaborating with logistics and warehouse teams

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced warehouse setting
  • Valid driving license with experience in operating a long wheel based van
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
  • Competency in computer use along with good English and numeracy skills
  • Previous forklift truck experience is advantageous

Day shift hours: 08:00 am – 16:00 pm Monday - Thursday and 08:00 am – 15:00 pm on Fridays
