We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Stonegate Group. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the General Manager and leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in the day-to-day management of the pub, including staff supervision, customer service, and sales growth.
- Lead a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
