Deputy Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Yates, a leading pub operator in the UK. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the General Manager and contributing to the success of our pub.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the pub
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement
