We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Administrator to join our team at Red Sector Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring all information is up-to-date and secure.

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including minute-taking, correspondence, and data management.

  • Develop and maintain databases to meet user and service requirements, ensuring data quality and integrity.

  • Support the day-to-day running of the office, including managing visitors, coordinating service rotas, and maintaining office facilities.

  • Contribute to the improvement and upkeep of service user areas, reporting any damage to management.

  • Assist in the supervision of Administration Volunteers and provide guidance on paperwork, data, and systems management.

  • Provide timely responses to data requests from internal and external providers.

  • Contribute to internal and external data meetings to develop practice across the service.

  • Maintain and balance local petty cash systems and returns.

  • Monitor and order office stationery and equipment.
