About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Specialist to join our team at Project People. As a Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a strong culture of compliance and risk management within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with competition law and implement robust controls to ensure information sharing occurs in a manner consistent with competition law requirements.
- Governance: Support the Governance, Risk, and Compliance Counsel in delivering and further developing the Governance, Risk, and Compliance frameworks for Project People.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships and maintain rapport with internal and external stakeholders to drive the right behaviors around information sharing.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports to the Governance, Risk, and Compliance Counsel on compliance and risk management matters.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5 years of experience working in a similar Governance and Compliance role.
- Certification: Relevant industry certification and experience is an advantage.
- Skills: Good working knowledge of project management principles, ability to build relationships, and maintain rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
