About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lift Engineer to join our team at Interaction - Northampton. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our elevators and lifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on elevators and lifts to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of equipment to identify potential issues and implement preventative measures.
  • Collaborate with our maintenance team to develop and implement effective maintenance schedules.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our operations.
Requirements
  • Qualified Lift Engineer with a strong background in elevator maintenance and repair.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites as required.
