The Recruitment Co. is seeking a skilled Machine Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a Machine Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on various types of machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Equipment Operation: Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain various types of machinery to meet production demands.
- Quality Control: Conduct quality control checks to ensure machinery is functioning within specifications.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory of spare parts and supplies to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve equipment issues and improve overall efficiency.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in machine maintenance, repair, and operation.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
- Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work at heights, and perform other physically demanding tasks.
