Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our marketing team as a Customer Communications Marketing Apprentice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, creation, and execution of email and SMS campaigns, as well as drafting, editing, and proofreading customer communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and Verification: Sourcing, checking, and verifying contact data from various databases to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Data Segmentation: Helping to segment customer data to target communications more effectively and improve overall marketing efforts.
  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Assisting in planning, creating, and executing email and SMS campaigns to engage with customers and promote our services.
  • Content Creation: Drafting, editing, and proofreading customer communications to ensure they are clear, concise, and engaging.
  • Team Collaboration: Working closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure a unified approach and effective communication.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Liaising with stakeholders for approval of campaigns and ensuring that all communications meet the required standards.

Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong proofreading and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all communications.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously to meet business objectives.

Entry Requirements:

  • Education: 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject, and GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above).
  • Qualifications: Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject.
