**Key Responsibilities:**
- Operate tractors and heavy equipment for construction tasks, including grading, excavating, hauling materials, and site preparation.
- Follow project plans and blueprints to ensure accurate execution of tasks.
- Assist in the setup and preparation of construction sites, including clearing debris and obstacles.
- Operate tractors and equipment safely, adhering to all safety guidelines and regulations.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on tractors and equipment to ensure proper functionality.
- Work collaboratively with the construction team to complete tasks efficiently and on schedule.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and other contractors on the job site.
- Identify and report any issues or malfunctions with tractors and equipment promptly.
- Adhere to environmental and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized work area.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Construction Tractor Driver.
