About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Principal Consultant to join our team at Capco. As a key member of our Data practice, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our data capabilities and delivering cutting-edge data and analytics programs for top-tier financial services clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Data Strategies: Collaborate with clients to understand their data needs and develop tailored data strategies to drive business value.
  • Lead Data Analytics Programs: Spearhead the development and implementation of data analytics programs, including data architecture, business intelligence, and data science.
  • Build and Manage Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and delivering data solutions that meet their needs.
  • Develop and Mentor Team Members: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, helping them develop their skills and expertise in data analytics.
Requirements
  • 5+ Years of Consulting Experience: Proven experience in a senior management position, with a strong track record of delivering data analytics programs.
  • Strong Data Skills: Expertise in data architecture, business intelligence, data science, and machine learning, with a strong understanding of data ethics and data quality.
  • Commercial Focus: Ability to develop client relationships, drive sales opportunities, and deliver data propositions that meet client needs.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
