We are seeking a Digital Logistics Analyst to join our dynamic team at our central office.

Job Objective:
To optimize stock fulfillment across our multichannel operations. The analyst will oversee order management, ensure adequate stock levels, identify issues with product movement through online channels, and report on underperforming products and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor online stock levels to guarantee product availability.
  • Analyze sales data to forecast product demand and adjust stock levels accordingly.
  • Place orders with suppliers and communicate with trading teams.
  • Generate reports on stock and sales data, focusing on availability and relevant KPIs.
  • Allocate stock to and from the online platform as necessary.
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure prompt deliveries and resolve stock-related issues.
  • Utilize data analysis to enhance forecasting for online stock.
  • Identify areas for process improvements and increased efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with trading teams to address suppliers who frequently fail to meet minimum order requirements.
  • Review products prepared for online sales, providing assistance as needed.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • A degree in a business-related field is preferred but not mandatory; comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Previous experience in a data-driven analytical role is advantageous.
  • Ability to interpret data effectively and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Capacity to perform well under pressure.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:15

Salary: Competitive Salary
