Job Title: Administrator

We're seeking a skilled Administrator to join our Transportation team in Brixworth. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in supporting our daily operations, ensuring seamless site visits, and managing reactive works tickets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and program reactive works tickets to ensure timely completion
  • Track outstanding works and collaborate with the emergency response team during severe weather
  • Assist in closing down site visits and exporting new reactive job tickets
  • Record traffic management and program works within the SLA
  • Raise reactive works tickets and follow up on required works for drainage operations

Requirements:

  • Experience in an administrative role with knowledge of the highway network
  • Competent telephone manner and ability to prioritize workload under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office for daily duties
