Elysium Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Activities Coordinator to join our team at The Avalon Centre. As an Activities Coordinator, you will play a vital role in creating an activity-based culture that promotes social, recreational, and leisure activities for our service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver programmes that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our service users.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with service users to understand their individual needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement activities that support treatment plans and promote engagement.
  • Establish links with community-based resources to provide service users with opportunities for local engagement.

Requirements:

  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
