We are seeking a skilled Activity Programme Coordinator to join our team at Methodist Homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering a programme of activities for our residents, tailored to their assessed social needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a programme of activities that promote social interaction, engagement, and well-being among residents.
  • Work closely with the senior team to identify and address the social needs of residents, ensuring that activities are relevant and engaging.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident participation and feedback, using this information to inform future activity planning.
  • Collaborate with external partners and suppliers to source materials and resources for activities.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a care environment, with a focus on activity planning and delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, staff, and external partners.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
