Job Description

We are seeking skilled Engineers to join our dynamic and growing team. As a member of our team, you will work collaboratively with our experts to deliver architecturally interesting projects, ensuring buildable solutions and contributing to the company's values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design buildings, drawings, calculations, and specifications
  • Collaborate with wider teams of consultants to deliver projects
  • Work with contractors to ensure buildable solutions
  • Contribute to commercial aspects of our business, including fee proposal writing, workload management, time management, and Business Development
  • Mentor and help develop younger Engineers
  • Continually develop your skills through professional development
Requirements:
  • A 1st or 2:1 in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • Studying or having studied an ICE or IStructE accredited course
  • Strong team player with good communication skills
  • Client-facing with problem-solving and lateral thinking abilities
  • A strong work ethic and ambition to progress and work towards Chartership with the IStructE
