About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Fire Risk Assessor to join our team at Altura Search. As a Senior Fire Risk Assessor, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive fire risk assessments across a range of commercial assets, including high-rise buildings and universities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct fire risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend mitigation strategies
- Develop and implement fire safety policies and procedures for clients
- Provide fire safety training and awareness programs for clients and staff
- Collaborate with clients to understand their fire safety needs and develop tailored solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in fire risk management
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in fire risk assessments, preferably in a commercial setting
- Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
