We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Associate to join our team at North Oak Recruitment Ltd. As a Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in the delivery of our marketing plans, developing and implementing a wide variety of marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize and manage a program of company-hosted events, from inception to follow-up, ensuring smooth execution and representation of the firm.
- Work closely with the Director of Marketing & Distribution to prepare various materials to support marketing and business development initiatives.
- Collaborate with colleagues in technical and team functions to maintain up-to-date client and internal proposition forms and documentation.
- Execute marketing campaigns via the website, Google ads, and social media channels, ensuring SEO objectives are met.
- Keep the website up-to-date, publishing new content and monitoring engagement.
Requirements:
- Strong marketing skills and experience in event management, content creation, and social media marketing.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and social media advertising platforms.
