About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing and Communications professional to join our team as Head of Marketing and Communications. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our marketing and communications strategy, driving brand visibility, and supporting income generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy to increase brand visibility and support income generation.
  • Lead a small team and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of marketing and communications objectives.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to develop and implement content and ideas to promote our programmes.
  • Manage and develop the charity's social media presence, ensuring it is engaging and effective in reaching our target audience.
  • Ensure all marketing assets are on brand and aligned with our overall marketing objectives and strategic plan.

About You:

We are looking for a talented marketing and communications professional with experience in a similar role. You will be a strategic thinker, able to develop and execute plans with measurable outcomes. You will also be an expert communicator, editor, and proofreader, with strong relationship-building skills. Experience of working within the charity sector would be an advantage.
