Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Home Manager to create personalized marketing plans that connect with potential residents and their families.
  • Develop and execute external events to promote our Homes and services.
  • Prepare and deliver marketing materials and social content to showcase the benefits of Caring Homes.
  • Forge strong relationships with individuals, organizations, and social care experts to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the team to understand the size of the challenge and develop strategies to achieve success.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a marketing or sales role, preferably in a B2B and B2C environment.
  • Strong marketing knowledge and skills, including calendar planning and content management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results.
