Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our team at a corporately owned practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a challenging role with a great work-life balance.

The Role

This is a 40-hour per week position, spread across 4 days, with a shared 1 in 3 Saturday rota and no Sundays. You will have one fixed weekday off each week, and the rota's are planned a full year in advance.

You will be part of a close-knit team consisting of 2 full-time vets, 4 RVNs, 1 VCA, 1 Practice Manager/Practice Owner, and 4 Receptionists. The team is supported by two further off-site clinical practice owners and four sister surgery clinical teams, totaling approximately 21 vets.

The practice has an active client base of approximately 3000, with a heavy surgical load. We are looking for someone with excellent consulting skills and experience in surgery.

The Package

We offer a competitive salary up to £65,000, along with a range of benefits, including:
