We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our team in a corporate-owned practice. The ideal candidate will have excellent consulting skills and a strong surgical background.
The role offers a 40-hour workweek across 4 days, with a shared 1 in 3 Saturday rota and no Sundays. This allows for a great work-life balance, with one fixed weekday off each week and rota's planned a full year in advance.
Our team consists of 2 full-time vets, 4 RVNs, 1 VCA, 1 Practice Manager/Practice Owner, and 4 Receptionists. We also have support from two off-site clinical practice owners and four sister surgery clinical teams, totaling approximately 21 vets.
The practice has an active client base of approximately 3000, with a heavy surgical load. We are looking for someone with excellent consulting skills and a strong surgical background to join our team.
The role includes:
- Membership fees to RCVS, VDS, and BVA paid
