We have a fantastic opportunity for a Veterinary Receptionist to join our Denmead team at Downland Veterinary Group. The position will be for 30-40 hours per week on a set shift pattern. Working week will consist of some 8am starts and some 6:30pm finishes and every other Saturday 8:30-1pm.

As a receptionist we would expect you to be professional and efficient while giving a friendly service to our clients and their pets. Previous veterinary reception experience would be preferred but is not essential to apply.

Main duties would include:

- Answering phone calls and dealing with client queries.
Greeting clients when arriving at the clinic.
Taking payments both in person and over the phone.
Booking appointments.
Scanning and attaching paperwork to the computer system.
Keeping the reception area clean and tidy.
Financial reconciliation at the end of the day.
Other ad hoc duties.
