We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fitness and Wellbeing Manager to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our fitness and wellbeing operations, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and management to our fitness and wellbeing teams, ensuring that they are equipped to deliver exceptional services to our members.
- Service Development: Develop and implement new fitness and wellbeing programs and services, ensuring that they meet the needs of our members and are aligned with our business objectives.
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our fitness and wellbeing facilities, ensuring that they are safe, clean, and well-maintained.
- Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of our fitness and wellbeing teams, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance performance.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our members receive exceptional customer service, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Qualifications: REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner level qualification in a relevant field.
- Experience: Proven experience in a leadership or management role in the fitness and wellbeing industry.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
