About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Estate Services Assistant to provide administrative support to our Estate Services team across South London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full administrative support to the Estate Services team, including maintaining accurate records and communicating with colleagues and external organizations.
  • Support the team in communicating regularly with colleagues, other sections, and other organizations regarding the provision of information.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all actions taken to assist in case management history, statistical analysis, official returns, and reports to the management team.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work on your own initiative.
  • Able to organize your own workload and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
