We are seeking an experienced Estate Services Assistant to provide administrative support to our Estate Services team across South London. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the team in communicating regularly with colleagues, other sections, and other organizations regarding the provision of information to ensure that the group's services are efficient and effective at all times.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all actions taken to assist in case management history, statistical analysis, official returns, and reports to the management team.
  • Provide administrative support to the Estate Services team, including preparing reports, managing records, and coordinating tasks.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and other organizations.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure that the group's services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
