About the Role

The Defined Contribution Implementation Director will play a key role in the growth and success of WTW's DC master trust, LifeSight. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the company's objective of becoming a market leader in outsourced pensions for large companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively lead the implementation of new clients and client change projects, ensuring timely delivery and high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders, including legal advisers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects, including administration, communications, and asset transition.
  • Oversee the transition of new members and new monies into LifeSight, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
  • Manage the initial relationship with clients, providing guidance and support throughout the stabilisation period.
  • Work closely with client managers and the project delivery team to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support the development of junior team members, providing guidance and mentorship to help them grow in their roles.

Requirements

  • Good working knowledge of occupational DC pensions, including pensions administration and the DC marketplace.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven project management skills, with experience of leading complex projects and delivering results.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
