About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Lead II to join our site expansion team. As a Project Lead II, you will be responsible for leading small to medium-sized cross-functional site projects from inception to delivery. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Project Planning and Management
    • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and timelines
    • Identify and mitigate project risks
    • Coordinate and lead project teams
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
    • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
    • Develop and implement communication plans
  • Project Documentation and Reporting
    • Develop and maintain project documentation
    • Provide regular progress updates to teams

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a project management role
    • Experience in a regulated industry is preferred
  • Education
    • Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, engineering, science)
  • Skills
    • Strong project management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
