Job Title: 1:1 Teaching Assistant

GSL Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join our team of educators in Andover. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting students to achieve their academic goals.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will assist students in defining and reaching their academic objectives, working collaboratively with educators to devise and execute customized educational strategies. You will also provide emotional reinforcement and motivation, tracking student advancement and communicating updates to instructors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver support within standard classroom environments
  • Collaborate with teachers on lesson structuring and readiness

Requirements:
  • Relevant qualification in teaching or education
  • Previous experience working within a school setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on students' lives
