About the Role

GSL Education is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Education Support Professional to join our team as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant. Our schools are committed to providing a supportive and inspiring environment for students and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist students in achieving their academic goals and developing their skills.
  • Collaborate with educators to design and implement tailored educational strategies.
  • Support students in managing their daily tasks and responsibilities.
  • Provide emotional support and motivation to students.
  • Monitor student progress and communicate updates to instructors.
  • Deliver support within standard classroom environments.
  • Work with teachers to structure and prepare lessons.
  • Guide students through classroom and homework assignments.
Requirements
  • Hold a relevant qualification in teaching or education.
  • Previous experience working in a school setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on students' lives.
