About the Role:

Gloss Creative Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Digital Artworker to join our client's team in their rapidly expanding ecommerce retail company. As a Digital Artworker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all images are managed through the post-production and editing stage to a high standard, meeting the company's Brand Standards prior to being uploaded to their numerous websites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Product Managers, Photographers, and other departments within the business on all aspects of image editing.
  • Prepare all photographic images prior to being uploaded to all sites.
  • Create and edit all image content prior to being uploaded to all sites.
  • Be involved in the designing and creating of production sets for stills and video content.
  • Work with the Marketing & Social Media team to discuss additional ways of utilizing photography & video across all channels, including AI.
  • Perform general media centre tasks, including lifting and assembling sets and product for photoshoots.

Requirements:

  • Experience within a digital editing role.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
  • Preferably a working knowledge of video production and editing (Premier Pro, Final Cut, or similar).
  • Knowledge of Macs & PCs.
  • An understanding of Lighting (Elinchrom) and Canon Digital Cameras.
  • Experience of working in Ecommerce.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to properly prioritize and effectively manage own time.
  • The ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to all tasks.
  • You show respect, fairness, and empathy when communicating, taking into account the feelings of others.
  • A committed and effective team player with a clear customer focus.
  • Resilient & calm when under pressure and able to balance conflicting priorities and manage their time well.
