Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Shift Manager to join our team at Taco Bell North East. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff members to ensure that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of staff members to ensure that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served to a high standard
• Monitor and control labor costs, inventory levels, and customer satisfaction
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service

Requirements

• Previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Fluent in spoken and written English
