Sales Supervisor

It's an exciting time to join HSS, as we move into our next phase of growth, we have an opportunity for a Store Sales Manager to join us in our Barnsley branch. If you are experienced in Sales / Customer focused roles, or managing a store of any type - we are interested in speaking to you.
**As Store Manager you will take responsibility for**:
- Day to day running of the concession
- Delivering unrivalled customer service to all
- Drive sales initiatives - building strong relationships with customers, helping them to plan their future orders with us
**Hours**
A weekly schedule will look similar to:
- 07:30 - 17:00 ( 1hour break ) Mon - Thurs
- 07:30- 16:00 (1 hour break) Friday.
- Half a day on Saturday 08:00 -12pm
**What do you bring?**
- A proven track records in a sales/retail orientated profession (A background in construction or tool/plant hire is not a necessity)
- A sales focused mind set - striving to go above and beyond for our customers, having conversations in and around the store to drive sales
- A proactive nature - as you’ll be the representative for HSS on site you’ll be focused on hitting the store targets
- Great communication skills - you’ll have conversations with customers and potential customers in the merchants - so you’ll be outgoing and comfortable starting conversations
