Main Purpose of the Role

As a Workday Data Consultant (Associate) at Kainos, you will be part of a team that supports the implementation and configuration of enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation and configuration of Workday solutions
  • Check, validate, and transform customer data
  • Organize data prior to loading into Workday tenants
  • Work collaboratively with team members to understand customer requirements
  • Deliver solutions aligned to customer needs
Requirements
  • Workday HCM or Financials certified
  • Knowledge of data analysis, manipulation, reporting, and formatting
  • Sound knowledge of Excel
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good customer focus and experience in a customer-facing environment
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Good commercial awareness and understanding of project and business dynamics
Desirable Skills
  • Workday HCM or Financials Certified
  • Knowledge of MS Access
  • Understanding of different data formatting characteristics across jurisdictions and countries
