Key Responsibilities

  • Refine product ideation into a detailed roadmap based on the value proposition and product strategy
  • Work with the Head of Product, Chief Science Officer, and Chief Technology Officer to define the 'North Star' product vision and create milestones in the product roadmap to achieve it
  • Attend conferences and industry events to stay informed about trends and innovation
  • Engage with users and industry leaders to understand user needs
About You

We seek a highly motivated and proactive individual with a passion for leveraging technology to improve health outcomes globally. You should be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving innovation and managing complex product ecosystems.

Key qualifications include:

  • Previous experience as a product manager, ideally in a start-up or scale-up environment
  • A degree in life sciences or experience working within a life sciences company (experience in infectious disease diagnostics, genomics, or lab diagnostics is a bonus)
  • Comfort working with agile development teams, creating user stories, and defining success criteria
  • Ability to lead customer-facing discussions and visits, as well as engage in conference presentations and networking
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, bonus scheme participation, travel allowance, enhanced sick pay, and access to employee assistance programs. We also provide private medical insurance, hospital cash plan, and pension salary sacrifice scheme.
