About the Role

Gleeds is seeking a talented Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in supporting our Cost Managers in the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in cost and procurement management processes, including the preparation of order of cost estimates, cost plans, and tender documentation.
  • Contribute to the evaluation and reporting of tenders, as well as the valuation of completed work and arranging for payments.
  • Prepare and settle final accounts, and administer construction contracts.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and colleagues, and provide excellent communication and organizational skills.

About You

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn and develop their skills. You will have recently graduated or be due to graduate with a degree in a relevant field, and have the right to live and work in the UK.
