Adult Nurse Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Adult Nurse Manager to join our team at Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established provider of complex care packages within the community, specialising in adult complex care.

About the Role

The successful Adult Nurse Manager will be responsible for providing face-to-face support to adult clients and their families, creating personalised care plans, and working closely with a core team of carers. You will be responsible for designing and delivering tailored care plans, effectively managing the multidisciplinary team, and providing ongoing monitoring and support to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver a tailored care plan specific to an individual client's needs
  • Effectively manage the multidisciplinary team through strong communication and teamwork
  • Provide ongoing monitoring, support, and assessment of clients' physical and physiological needs
  • Deliver nursing interventions, including the management of medicine delivery
  • Build and maintain sophisticated relationships with clients' families
  • Work closely with community teams, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners to establish and maintain bespoke packages of care
Requirements
  • RGN with an active NMC PIN
  • Supportive management style that can bring out the best in others
  • Up-to-date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators within the last 2 years
  • Advanced communication skills verbally and written to liaise effectively with patients, families, and the MDT
  • Suitable for Band 5 / Band 6 Nurses with evidence of effective leadership and management of HCAs
  • Full UK Driving Licence desirable but not essential
