English Teacher Opportunity

Rotherwood Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced English Teacher to join their dynamic department in a well-established school in Rawtenstall. This is a full-time, ongoing role starting in November.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hold a valid teaching qualification, such as PGCE, QTS, or QTLS.
  • Have previous experience teaching English to Key Stage 3 and 4.
  • Be an excellent, inspirational teacher with strong classroom management skills.
  • Provide details of the last two latest references, covering the last five years' work history.
  • Possess a current DBS check or be prepared to apply for one as part of the registration process.
  • Be committed to the safeguarding of children and young people.
  • Be willing to complete a face-to-face registration and satisfy several checks.
