Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of dental contracts, ensuring compliance with national policy and local governance processes.
- Work closely with stakeholders, including contractors, to support the delivery of dental services.
- Investigate and respond to patient queries, providing excellent customer service.
- Support the identification and sharing of best practice to improve service delivery.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring value for money and efficient use of resources.
- Provide staff management support, including appraisals, development, and recruitment.
- Post-graduate degree level in a relevant subject or equivalent experience.
- Significant experience in project management, financial management, or supporting change management processes.
- Knowledge of commissioning of relevant NHS services and the health and social care environment.

- Ability to work on own initiative, prioritizing workloads and managing multiple tasks.
