Job Title: Data Entry Clerk

Job Summary:

Pacer Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring the highest level of quality and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry: Enter data into our systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in using software systems, including Microsoft Office and other relevant applications.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface with company personnel, vendors, and other parties connected with the company.
  • Time Management: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and successfully handle multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Scanning and Uploading: Ability to use various scanners and software to upload and associate files in our database.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in data entry or a related field is strongly preferred.
  • Skills: Proficient typing skills, computer skills, and experience with software systems, including Microsoft Office and other relevant applications.
